What coaches ask us.

Is it GDPR-compliant, especially for minors?+
It's a requirement, not an option. Wellbeing data is sensitive, so Apex handles as little of it as possible: sharing is optional and can be withdrawn at any time, only a group average is calculated (never for fewer than five people), and past weeks are frozen so the figures can't be cross-checked. For children under 15, the organization informs families and obtains a parent's consent — a ready-to-print letter and consent slip are provided in your space. Everyone's roles are described in the Apex Club terms; details on our page dedicated to minors.
Do members have to share everything?+
No. The journal and conversations remain strictly private. When joining, each member decides whether their stress level counts toward the group average — and can stop with one tap in “My account”. You never know who shares.
How long does it take to set up?+
A few minutes. You create the space, share the link (WhatsApp, email) or display the QR code, and each member joins from their phone — nothing to install. The first trend appears on the Monday after a full week, as soon as five members share how they feel.
How do the trial and subscription work?+
The trial lasts 30 days, no credit card required. You activate the subscription from your space (€29 per month per organization, secure online payment or by invoice); if you activate it during the trial, the first payment only happens once the trial ends. Cancel online at any time. If you don't continue, the dashboard is simply paused.
Is it easy to stop?+
Yes, with no minimum commitment. You cancel whenever you want, and your members keep their free personal space.
